这项服务即是顾客可以通过WhatsApp订购你所需要的物品，并在同一天提取。目前Tesco推出的这项服务在全国60 家的Tesco商场中有52家适用。对于在行动管制令期间，想要速战速决的顾客来说，这项服务是个很好的选择！
首先你可以通过“Order & Collect”服务，联系离你们最近的Tesco商场，并在上午8点至下午4点之间通过WhatsApp下订单，而每个订单最多可接受25个商品。一旦收到你的订单，Tesco超市人员将为你预备好你的所需。一旦准备好后，Tesco将通过WhatsApp发你一个barcode。最后的步骤即是当天傍晚6时前到指定的Tesco，到柜台出示该barcode以及结账取货。这项“Order & Collect”服务不收取任何服务费。
