All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with us prior to purchase, as purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Premium tether ride only available to the first 60 members.

MyBalloonClub member is eligible to get
1) Private Access to MyBalloonClub area located exactly in Monumen Alaf Baru
2) Blue Zone Access for both morning session (8.30 AM) and Night Glow (from 6.00 PM)
3) Gourmet Breakfast Buffet from 7 AM – 10.30 AM
4) Classic MyBalloonClub Merchandise upon registering at front counter
5) Premium Tethered Rides*

Priority for premium tether ride will be given to customers who bought their tickets online through official website.

Resale of tickets is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.

Once tickets are sold, no exchanges or cancellations will be entertained.

All rides are subject to weather conditions.

Tickets purchased can only be collected on the day itself at MyBalloonClub entrance. Members are required to confirm their identity at the counter.

We shall not be liable for any loss arising out of your failure to present your necessary details.

All information you provide during the submitting process or any time thereafter must be accurate and truthful.

If you have any intention to invite your own guests to MyBalloonClub, you must tell us, even if it’s a small number.

We may contact you by e-mail with information or notices regarding MyBalloonClub. It is your responsibility to regular check the proper functioning of your email account or other methods of communication.

1.Passengers are required to arrive at the counter half an hour earlier before their scheduled flight for safety precaution briefing.
2.Price for helicopter is charged per person per seating.

4.The resale of tickets is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
5.Once tickets are sold, no exchanges or cancellations will be entertained unless the weather conditions do not permit. Therefore refund due to weather conditions will be made in May 2015.
6.Tickets purchased can only be collected on the day itself at the Helicopter Joy Rides Booth with proof of payment & buyer details.
7.Priority for flight time will be given to customers who bought their tickets online. Helicopter Joy Rides are subject to weather conditions.
8.Children above 2 years old are subject to a single seat.
9.For further safety assurance, the organizer highly encourages a single purchase for children below 2 years old. Although it is allowed, parents must take note they hold sole responsibility over the child’s safety.
10.Due to helicopter refueling time or unsafe weather condition, the organiser reserves the right to change the scheduled flying time, cancel or amend any flying time without prior notice.
