拥有超过1000家商店，面积达180万平方英尺，共有四个楼层的Sunway Pyramid，首次和Google Maps技术团队密切合作，研发室内导航功能。这也是大马首间购物商场提供即时室内导航应用程式服务。Sunway Pyramid将其APP和Google Maps结合，用于即将推出的应用程序版本中。用户无须再通过指示牌或目录表来获取路线。该导航功能将于4月12日正式在Sunway Pyramid移动应用程序中提供。
不仅如此，该移动应用程序还提供了各种测验，只需简单答题，就能确定用户的购物角色，其中包括了Trendsetter、Digital Genius、Family Hero、Smart Spender和Golden Groover。用户所有的信息、导航模式、兑换、浏览行为等等都会被记录并进行分析，以便Sunway Pyramid能提供更进一步个性化的内容以及即时通知更多相关的促销活动。
