根据云顶，霍士终止这笔交易的原因是迪士尼不希望与博彩业务挂钩。“由于迪士尼的“家庭友好”品牌战略，迪士尼不希望与像云顶马来西亚有限公司这样的游戏公司建立联系，”云顶说。
